Delivery times

On average, it takes one day to check and dispatch your order. You will then receive an email from the delivery service with a tracking code. All part of the service.

We do our best to have your order delivered as quickly as possible. Orders are delivered by DHL, usually on the next working day. However, this is not always possible. The delivery service may be particularly busy, and deliveries to the Dutch Wadden Islands take at least one additional day. For this reason, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the delivery date.

If a product is out of stock, this will be indicated in our online store, along with the estimated delivery time. If we are unable to meet that delivery time, we will let you know by email as soon as possible.

Shipping costs

We ship The Jiffle wagon to the Netherlands and other European countries.

For orders within the Netherlands, shipping costs €7.50 for orders under €100. Shipping is free for orders of €100 or more.

For deliveries to other European countries, a standard shipping fee of €20 applies.
