Exchanging is possible
Perhaps, on second thought, you would like to exchange your product for another color? If that color is in stock, you can. Please contact us at [email protected]. The costs for returning the product to us and sending it back to you are borne by you.
Reflection period and returns
It might be the case that you want to return your order. Perhaps you don’t like the product when you unpack it, or there is another reason why you don’t want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
In that case you can make use of your right of withdrawal. You do this by letting us know that you cancel the agreement and want to return the product. You can do this by filling in the ‘Model withdrawal form’ which is included in our General Terms and Conditions. Mail this form to [email protected]. Or send it by post to The Jiffle b.v., Oude Wand 31, 7201 LJ Zutphen, the Netherlands.
Right of withdrawal
If you exercise the right of withdrawal, please return the product with all delivered components and in the original condition and packaging to: The Jiffle b.v., Oude Wand 31, 7201 LJ Zutphen, The Netherlands. Indicate on the package that it is a return shipment / revocation. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.
You will then be credited with the full purchase amount, including any shipping costs previously paid for the return shipment to you. Only the shipping costs for returning the product from you to The Jiffle are for you. These costs are approximately €15, -. For the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier.
Should the returned product be damaged, or should the packaging be more damaged than necessary to carefully try out the product at home, then we may pass on the depreciation in value of the product. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is well packed when returning it.
