Lifetime warranty on The Jiffle wagon
The Jiffle wagon stroller is designed and manufactured to last for years, even if you get more children. That’s why – in addition to the two-year statutory warranty – The Jiffle offers the first owner a lifetime warranty on The Jiffle wagon for any defects in materials and workmanship.
Be sure to keep your original named proof of purchase with the date of purchase, as you will need it if you want to take advantage of the (lifetime) warranty on all possible defects in materials and workmanship.
If something appears to be wrong, please contact us immediately to discuss how it can be solved as quickly as possible. If the defect is a material or workmanship fault that falls under the warranty, please send the product to The Jiffle b.v. We will then take care of repair or if necessary a replacement part or product.
Did you not buy it through our webshop but elsewhere? Please contact the (web) dealer where you bought the product.
It may also be a case of normal wear and tear. This is not covered by the warranty. You can call or email us to discuss the possible solutions.

Two years warranty on accessories
On the accessories of The Jiffle wagon, such as car seat adapters, footmuff, wagon cart seat, rain cover and insect net the legal warranty period applies. We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them in top condition. However, it could happen that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens that could give rise to a warranty claim.
Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable time. A reasonable period is at least two months. Under circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable. If you contact us in time, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.
Reflection period and returns
It might be the case that you want to return your order. Perhaps you don’t like the product when you unpack it, or there is another reason why you don’t want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
In that case you make use of your right of withdrawal. You do this by letting us know that you are cancelling the agreement. You can do this by filling in the ‘Model withdrawal form’ which is included in our General Terms and Conditions. Mail this form to email@example.com.

Right of withdrawal
If you exercise the right of withdrawal, please return the product with all delivered components and in the original condition and packaging to The Jiffle bv. Indicate on the package that it is a return shipment / withdrawal. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.
You will then be credited with the full purchase amount, including any shipping costs previously paid for the shipment to you. Only the shipping costs for returning the product from you to The Jiffle will be charged to you. Please choose ‘registered parcel’, these costs are approximately € 15, -, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
Should the returned product be damaged, or should the packaging be damaged beyond what is necessary to carefully try out the product at home, then we may pass on the depreciation in value of the product. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when returning.
It may happen that something does not go quite as planned at The Jiffle. And that you want to point this out to us, or file a complaint. We advise you to contact us. You can make a complaint by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to find a solution.
If our efforts do not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through the independent arbitration board of Stichting WebwinkelKeur.
As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere then you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
