You may want to return your order. Maybe you don’t like the product when you unpack it, or there is another reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
In that case, you exercise your right of withdrawal. You do this by letting us know that you cancel the agreement and want to return the product. This can be done, among other things, by completing the ‘Model withdrawal form’ included in our General Terms and Conditions. Email this form to contact@thejiffle.com. Or send it by post to The Jiffle b.v., Oude Wand 31, 7201 LJ Zutphen.

If you order in the Netherlands before 11:00 am, we will try to ship the same day. As soon as your order has been shipped, the parcel delivery service will email you a track & trace code. Part of the service.

We do our best to have your order delivered as soon as possible. Delivery is via the DHL parcel deliverer. In general, it delivers the next working day. However, this does not always work. Sometimes the delivery service is very busy. And if you live on a Wadden Island, it will take at least a day longer. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

If a product is not in stock, this will be stated in the online store, including expected delivery time. If this delivery time proves to be unfeasible, we will of course email you this as soon as possible.

The prices stated include shipping costs within the Netherlands.

Yes, The Jiffle wagon likes to travel, Jiffle,  around the world! Shipping costs depend per country. These are calculated during checkout.

The Jiffle wagon comes in one box, so your house won’t be full of cardboard when you unpack it. If you have ordered additional accessories, they will come together in an extra box.

The Jiffle wagon is designed and produced in such a way that you can use it for years to come, even if you have more children. That is why The Jiffle offers the first owner – in addition to the legally applicable warranty period of two years – a lifetime warranty on The Jiffle wagon for all possible material and manufacturing defects.

I am Olaf Jansen, designer and owner of The Jiffle. In my youth I did a lot of skateboarding, windsurfing, making music and later a lot of skydiving and riding my motorcycle. But I am also a father of three children for 17 years now. I like to push boundaries and I like to pass on this confidence to be adventurous to my children. The Jiffle is a Dutch brand! All our products are designed here in the Netherlands. Our studio is in Zutphen and our products are produced in China.

‘Jiffle’ means to move restlessly. That’s exactly what you often experience with your children and what is so beautiful to experience together. Our product is called The Jiffle wagon and we hope everyone will say, how did you Jiffle today?

All products are designed in the Netherlands and made in China, under close supervision. They have been tested according to all the latest standards applicable to the countries in which they are sold.

When unfolded, the stroller is 112.5 cm high, 59.5 cm wide and 100 cm long. The smallest folded dimension of the frame is 73 cm x 49.5 cm x 18 cm (LxWxH). All dimensions of The Jiffle wagon can be found on this page.

The chassis of the stroller is 9.7 kg. The carrycot is 4.3kg and the seat 3.3kg.
Together with the push bar, the frame weighs 12 kg.

Our stroller has passed the toughest test of all strollers. The Jiffle wagon can carry a total of 60 kg!

The capacity of the luggage area is approximately 60 liters. The sturdy bamboo bottom allows you to take a lot of stuff with you.

Our carrycot is nice and big. The length of the mattress itself in the carrycot is 78 cm, width 32 and 3 cm thick. The mattress has an extra breathable layer. You can also take this out and place it under your own sheet.

The front wheels are about 9 inches, almost 9 inches in diameter and the rear wheels are about 12 inches, just under 12 inches in diameter. Both front and rear wheels can be easily released with one hand and a simple push on a button.

All fabrics can be washed by hand, lukewarm. The fabrics cannot be washed in the washing machine. The fabric has a protective layer against moisture and dirt from outside.

After unpacking The Jiffle wagon, there may be some wrinkles in the fabrics. The easiest way to remove these is to carefully run a steamer or steam iron over the fabric. If you use a steam iron, try to let the steam do its work and do not press the iron too much on the fabric. Do it briefly and carefully. After this, your stroller is nice and sleek and ready to shine even more with you.

No, that is not necessary with our stroller. Our front wheels are large, so you don’t have to secure them when driving in sand or in the woods.

No, it is stored at the bottom. So you always have it with you. There are no loose parts and you don’t have to install anything. So easy!

Certainly, with our large front and rear wheels you can easily have a blast on the beach!

Yes, use the Duo & Cart seat at the bottom of the luggage compartment in combination with the seat as a duo stroller. This is not possible with the carrycot together.

The wagon cart is part of our 6 in 1 design and is not available separately.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use the duo stroller in combination with the carrycot. However, the built-in ride along board can be used together with the carrycot. After about 6 to 7 months you can use the seat and then the stroller can be used as a duo stroller.

The frame is made of aluminum with a matte black powder coating. The powder coating protects the frame against bumps and scratches. The frame is welded and is therefore extremely strong. It also ensures that we use as few plastics as possible.

The luggage area has a strong, light base, made of bamboo. This also ensures that we use a sustainable material. Bamboo is not wood. It is one of the strongest grasses on earth. The built-in ride along board (our Jiffle board) is also made of bamboo.

The tires are made of PU, anti-puncture tires. This means you will never have a flat tire.

Our fabrics are made of 100% polyester. A number of parts have been treated with an extra weather-resistant layer. This is to ensure that dirt from the wheels, for example, can be easily cleaned again.

Our first stroller is available in black, blue and green. The Jiffle wagon 2 is available in the colors Pine, Clay and Black.
