Information about the processing operations

Respondent processes the following personal data: Name, Address, email, phone number, order list. Respondent processes your personal data for the purpose of: being able to inform you about the order, shipping and delivering the order, asking for product reviews and reviews. The personal data will be stored as long as necessary to be able to ship the order and contact you for a product review or review.

This processing is based on the following legal basis:

Transfer to processors and third parties

Personal data may be processed by companies engaged by the Respondent for the performance of the Agreement. The law calls these companies ‘processors’. You can think of the company that provides the hosting of the website of the Respondent. Also, the Respondent processes personal data with the warehouse that sends the parcels and with the parcel delivery service(s). The processors act under the responsibility of Responsible.

Your personal data will also be shared with third parties if Responsible is obliged under a statutory obligation to pass your personal data on to authorised bodies.
